Self-expanding polyurethane foam

Offers good acoustic and thermal insulation and adheres well to most construction materials such as wood, concrete, aerated concrete, brick, metal, and aluminum. It does not adhere to polyethylene, silicone, and PTFE.
Advantages of gun-applied polyurethane foam compared to adapter-applied foam:

Lower consumption due to precise dosing;
Easier to handle and apply;
No leaks or drips from the gun nozzle;
Less cleaning required;
Quick canister replacement.

Foam density: 16-18 kg/m³
Application temperature: min. +5°C (surface), 20-25°C (canister)
Curing time: 5-10 min.
Cutting time: 20-25 min.
Drying time: 1.5-5 hours, depending on temperature and humidity
Temperature resistance: from -40°C to +90°C
Dimensional stability: max. ± 5%
Water absorption: max. 1 vol.%
Compressive strength: 0.04-0.05 MPa
Tensile strength: 0.12-0.14 MPa APPLICATIONS:
Used in construction for sealing, filling, insulating, mounting, and installing (door and window frames). Allows for fast filling and sealing against cold, drafts, and noise. Also suitable for thermal insulation of plumbing systems and heating installations, as well as for fixing electrical and ventilation systems.
