Description:
EFFEBI-PRESS® UNICO®, the new range of crimped copper fittings by EFFEBI, was created to pursue and strengthen our mission.
EFFEBI-PRESS® UNICO® is a fitting system suitable for use in the construction of domestic natural gas LPG systems and water sanitary-heating systems. UNICO® is the universal fitting with dual marking Yellow (GAS) and Blue (WATER). The UNICO® series, usable for both gas and water systems, consists of crimped copper-copper and bronze-copper fittings. It includes a comprehensive range of intermediate fittings with 20 types of figures between Copper-Copper crimped from diameter 12 to 54 mm and Copper crimped threaded Bronze from Ø12 mm – 3/8 to Ø54 mm – 2. The fittings in the UNICO® series meet the requirements specified by UNI EN 11065 for class 1 (water application) and 2 (gas application) and are characterized by dual marking in Yellow and Blue colors. Threaded connections to other systems are made with threaded bronze parts with crimped ends. Male threads comply with UNI EN 10226 standards.

The special seal is characterized by chemical-physical performance meeting hygiene and non-toxicity requirements necessary for contact with potable water. The material complies with both EN 681-1 (water applications) and EN 549 (gas applications).
