Description:
The range includes 9 sizes (from 105 to 1500 m³/h) and 5 versions (wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted, visible and built-in), each equipped with thermal exchange batteries of 3 or 4 rows and the possibility of adding a 1 or 2-row battery for four-pipe systems.
It is the most comprehensive range, perfectly suited to meet the needs of air conditioning in work environments such as offices, shops, restaurants, and hotel rooms with ducted installations with pressure drops up to 50 Pa.
Technical Features:
Covering Cabinet: Made of robust side panels in impact-resistant synthetic material (ABS) and a front section in hot-dip galvanized and pre-painted steel sheet. The air supply grille, made of synthetic material, is reversible with fixed blades and is positioned on the top.
Standard Colors:
– Side panels and air supply grille: Pantone Cool Grey 1C (light gray)
– Front section: RAL 9003 (white)
– Other colors available on request.
Supporting Internal Structure: Made of galvanized sheet, 1 mm thick, consisting of two side panels and a rear wall insulated with a 3 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene mat, class M1.
Filter: Regenerable in honeycomb polypropylene. The frame, made of galvanized sheet, is inserted into guides fixed to the internal structure that allow easy removal. A front cover of the filter, made of plastic in the same color as the air supply grille, highlights its presence.
Ventilation Group: Consists of particularly quiet double-inlet centrifugal fans with aluminum or plastic impellers, statically and dynamically balanced, directly mounted on the motor shaft.
Electric Motor: Single-phase, with six speeds, three of which are connected, mounted on anti-vibration elastic supports with a permanently inserted capacitor, automatic reset thermal protection, IP 20 protection grade, and class B.
Thermal Exchange Battery: Constructed with copper tubes and aluminum fins fixed to the tubes with a mechanical swaging process. The main battery and any additional battery have two Ø 1/2 female gas connections. The collectors are equipped with air vents and Ø 1/8 gas water drains. The exchanger is not suitable for use in corrosive atmospheres or environments where aluminum corrosion could occur. The batteries are reversible: the connection side can be inverted during installation on-site.
Condensate Collection Tray: Made of plastic, shaped like an L, and fixed to the internal structure; in the MO-MVB and IV-IO versions, the tray is insulated with a 3 mm thick closed-cell polyethylene mat, class M1. The condensate drain pipe has an external diameter of Ø 15.
