Insulation Features
Extruded expanded polyethylene insulation sheath, seamless, closed-cell with very high resistance to water vapor diffusion (anti-condensation 15000) and fire behavior of Class 1. The polyethylene expansion is done without the use of CFCs and HCFCs harmful to health and the environment, as required by European Regulation CEE/UE 2037/2000.

Usage temperature -80°/+100°C
To prevent the crystallization of PE exposed to sunlight, the insulation sheath in outdoor installation is protected by a silver-grey LDPE film capable of absorbing UV radiation while maintaining insulation properties. The UV additive does not interfere with the eco-friendly flame retardant free of halogens (HALOGEN-FREE) present in the LDPE film.
Fields of Use
Specific for air conditioning systems and the transport of refrigerant gases R407C, R410A, and R32. Due to its specific characteristics, it is suitable for geographical areas with high solar radiation.
