VTFCL1 – IN-LINE SUCTION FILTER
1/4′ x 1/4′ female gas thread connections
with paper filter cartridge
Description:
This is a small in-line filter capable of retaining impurities and very fine dust, with a negligible impact on flow rate.
Thanks to its compact size, it can be installed directly on the vacuum pipelines near the points of use (suction cups, vacuum clamping systems, etc.) for fractional filtering and better visual monitoring of all suction points in the system.
It consists of a cylindrical body made of transparent plexiglass, sealed by two anodized aluminum flanges held by seeger rings, which contain the female or male threaded connections and the sealing gaskets; inside is a special treated paper filter cartridge with a filtration degree of 7 , pleated to increase the filtering surface.
The filters can be inspected by simply removing one of the two flanges.
Due to the paper filter element, the use of these filters is not recommended in the presence of water or oil vapors or condensate.
