Practical, safe, and innovative straight connector that allows the connection of two ends of copper or aluminum pipe without traditional crimping. Each kit includes the connector and specific fittings and is universal for pipes with thicknesses of 0.80 or 1.00 mm. Quick and safe connections with a simple half-turn on the fitting!
Self-locking fittings enable the joining of copper and aluminum pipes without crimping. They are compatible with traditional 45° crimp fittings and work with pipes of any thickness. Tests conducted in accordance with the European Standard for Safety and Environment EN 378 show that they can also be used as a reliable alternative to brazing, for example, in explosive environments. The metal seal and operating pressure up to 140 bar make this product particularly suitable for refrigeration and air conditioning systems using new environmentally friendly refrigerants to connect pipes, valves, tanks, and other line components. The biting ring acts like a clamp on the outer surface of the pipe, resisting pressure and providing an effective seal.
