The Neptune self-cleaning filter FF 1 with 100 micron stainless steel cartridge is a hydraulic component designed for the effective protection of heating, plumbing and water distribution systems. Developed for professional use, it is ideal for installation upstream of pressure reducers and other devices sensitive to impurities present in the fluid.
Manufactured with high-quality materials and a robust design, this filter helps protect pumps, boilers, valves and other system components from abrasive particles, debris and sediments.
Features:
Solid brass body with durable finish and corrosion resistance, suitable for plumbing and heating systems.
AISI 304 stainless steel filter cartridge with 100 micron filtration level for removal of solid impurities.
Self-cleaning design with integrated drain valve for quick cleaning without removing the filter.
Double pressure gauge (inlet + outlet) installed on the filter to accurately monitor pressure and evaluate clogging: when both pressures match the filter is clean, otherwise cleaning through the drain valve is required.
Female-female threaded connections according to ISO 228/1 standard for easy installation on existing systems.
Maximum working pressure: up to 25 bar, compatible with most domestic and light industrial systems.
Maximum working temperature: up to approx. 110130 °C depending on the version.
Recommended horizontal installation following the flow direction indicated on the filter body.
